Hawkins picked up their first win in the Premier Division of the Profix GB indoor Cricket League as they defeated Super Six.
Batting first, Super Six closed on 87-4. Skipper, Abdul Ghafar (29 no) top scored with useful support from A. Ali (18).
Despite an early setback, Hawkins rallied quickly thanks to an Alex Watson (25 no) and Shaun Brazier (19).
Rashid (17 no) put the finishing touches to a fine performance as Hawkins grabbed victory at 88-3 with three balls to spare.
Wednesbury Royals remain in pole position following a comfortable victory over Great Barr.
Despite looking well set at 20-0 from two overs, a series of disastrous run-outs left Great Barr all out for just 60.
Paul Chamberlain (14) was the only batsman to reach double figures in an innings that featured five run-outs.
Wednesbury Royals cruised to victory at 61-1, thanks to fine batting from Abdul Salom (26 no) and Craig Cartwright (18 no).
In Division 1, Wednesbury Willows easily defeated Pelsall. An excellent partnership between Sajid Nazir (32 no) and Andy Warner (28 no) ensured that the Willows closed on 108-4.
Pelsall finished well short in reply as they limped to 75 all out. Richard Instone (25) was the best of the batting.
Coombswood turned in a powerful batting performance against Wednesbury Veterans. Dan Jones (46 no) and Carl Whyte (32 no) shone as Coombswood raced to 108-4. Suresh Patel (2-24) bagged a brace of wickets for the Veterans, who finished well short at 80-5.
