The Scholars travel to Woodford on the back of a deflating midweek defeat against Evesham and boss Blakemore is sure his players will face more of the same intensity from their opponents tomorrow.
Chasetown are mid-table but have a clutch of games in hand over their rivals – which Blakemore feels they need to win to make up lost ground.
"The boot is on the other foot for us. We're going to be a scalp now to every team we play – we have to get used to it," he said.
"The FA Cup adventure is a dream for us all, but we have to put that on the back burner until the final whistle on Saturday because Woodford is a really big game for us.
"Players have to be ready for the game and if I detect a drop in intensity or commitment then they won't play against Port Vale on Tuesday. I'll have no hesitation doing that."
Blakemore has added Willenhall's Todd Perry and Atherstone's Scott Clamp to his squad this week and both are in contention for tomorrow.
