Goals from Vaughan Thomas (11) and Craig Holland (30) gave the Scholars an advantage they never looked like surrendering.
In between, striker Kyle Perry hit the post, while the same player forced a superb save from Darren Chitty and Ben Steane had an effort cleared off the line.
The Scholars go into the hat for tomorrow afternoon's draw live on BBC1 and will now be scenting another FA Cup glory run.
