The forward has agreed to deal to move to The Grove but he will not be cleared to make his debut until Saturday's trip to Tiverton.

He must wait to play for his new club because he had just signed on loan for Histon and must serve a notice period.

Manager Morell Maison heads for Banbury looking for his first win since taking over from Martin O'Connor, but he must chase it without defenders Dennis Pearce and Kevin Spencer.

The duo were injured in Saturday's home draw with Cheshunt.

Gary Knight is also set to leave the club, with Bromsgrove a possible destination, and winger Aaron Farrell is still sidelined by injury.
