Rushall claimed their second UniBond Premier scalp in three days with a demolition of Leek Town.
Rushall took the lead on 32 minutes when Birch tested Cooper in the home goal with a blistering drive from the edge of the box and Rowe was on hand to smash home the rebound from 15 yards.
On 39 minutes, Holdcroft hit a beauty from 30 yards out after being set up by a killer through ball by Birch that ripped the home defence wide open.
The second half was again all Rushall as they pegged the home side well into their own half for long periods not allowing them to cross the half way line.
On 59 minutes, Birch was dragged to the floor in the penalty area by Booth and duly got up to score from the spot.
The remainder of the game saw Charie, Gough and Barnfield all go close but it is Rushall who will play the winners of Hednesford or Rocester in the next round.
