Industrious Portsmouth striker Benjani was the top points scorer this Game Week in the Express & Star's fantasy football game, sponsored by Wickes.
Benjani fired in a memorable hat-trick, worth nine points, in the record breaking 7-4 win over Reading.
The pattern of lesser known players picking up the points this season continued this week.
Portsmouth trio Sean Davis, Sulley Muntari and Niko Kranjcar each scored five points for a goal and an assist, as did Reading's Stephen Hunt, Shane Long and Dave Kitson.
In what was the highest scoring game in Premier League history Marcus Hahnemann, Liam Rosenior, Michael Duberry and Ivar Ingimarsson collected a painful -6 points each.
Away from Fratton Park, Everton defender Joleon Lescott scored six points, while Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United) and Martin Petrov (Manchester City) both scored five points.
There were also seven different scorers in Monday's 4-4 thriller between Tottenham and Villa – Martin Laursen, Dimitar Berbatov, Gabby Agbonlahor, Craig Gardner, Pascal Chimbonda, Robbie Keane and Younes Kaboul.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Liverpool and Manchester United kept clean sheets.
With a £2,000 top prize up for grabs, along with eight £100 manager of the month prizes – all provided by Wickes – there is still time for new players to join.
If you fancy yourself as a rival to Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger or Rafael Benitez, this is your chance to prove it.
