Rangers fixtures to be moved

The dates of the last two rounds of Blue Square Premier fixtures look set to be changed.

While the opposition remains the same, the league is proposing that all games originally scheduled for April 26 will now take place on April 22.

As a result, Stafford now face the prospect of a long midweek trip to Exeter.

The final round of fixtures, scheduled for May 3 when Stafford are at home to Droylsden, will be moved forward seven days to on April 26.

The switches are to facilitate the end-of-season play-off matches.
