Halesowen dominated the second half but had to settle for a draw after the high-flying Bluebirds were awarded a disputed penalty.

The first half produced few chances although Nick Wright surged forward from his own half after 22 minutes to set up Paul Devlin but influential defender Kes Metitiri blocked for a corner.

Duane Darby produced a couple of good flicks but then limped out of the game with a nasty ankle injury in the 36th minute requiring a hospital visit.

The Yeltz pushed further forward in a much better second period and Metitiri made a 48th minute goal-line clearance from Wright after Liam McDonald crossed following good approach play.

Chippenham snatched the lead against the run of play when Kye Holly converted a 69th penalty.

The goal inspired Halesowen to claim a well deserved equaliser seven minutes later.

Visiting goalkeeper Chris Snoddy produced a fine save to claw away McDonaldÕs 25-yard curling free-kickÊbut from the resulting corner McDonald's second cross evaded Snoddy to drift into the far corner.
