New strikeforce for Pics

Rushall boss Paul Holleran is ready to unleash new-look strike pair Gary Birch and Sean Dowdall on Evesham United tomorrow.

Holleran has snapped up former Walsall striker Birch on a one-month loan deal from AFC Telford United and will throw him straight into the fray.

Birch's arrival will buy Paul Szewczyk time to get up to full match fitness and Holleran believes he and Dowdall can be a handful.

"I think they will compliment each other quite well," said Holleran.

"Gary Birch is a super target man and Sean lives on the shoulder of defenders.

"Hopefully it will be a partnership that will click."

Holleran is hoping to welcome Grant Beckett back into midfield, but Chad Sheppard misses out through suspension.
