Halesowen conceded two more sloppy goals to throw away another promising lead and leave themselves lingering in the lower half of the table.

The Yeltz took an early 8th minute lead when Lee Williams threaded a delightful ball through the Corby defence for Shane Paul to slot past goalkeeper Daniel Crane for his third goal of the season.

Corby's Adam Wykes drilled just wide in the 13th minute and goalkeeper James Dormand did well to hold onto dangerous Darren Lynch's 20-yard shot a minute later.

At the other end, Nick Amos's header was inches wide from Davion Hamilton's deep 18th minute free-kick.

But Halesowen were caught unawares when the Steelmen levelled in the 24th minute.

Adam Wykes planted a quick free-kick into the bottom corner with Dor-mand still organising his defensive wall.

Before the interval, Jay Denny fired just wide of the Corby goal from 20-yards.

As the Yeltz sought to regain the lead Paul powered a 54th minute header over the bar from Liam McDonald's excellent free-kick.

With the game heading for a draw Corby snatched the points in stoppage time.

Keeper Dormand was at fault for spilling a free-kick to allow substitute Robbie Maddox to hook home a 15-yard shot from a goalmouth scramble as the Yeltz shipped their twelfth goal.
