Two goals in three dramatic final minutes of this pulsating encounter saw Rushall Olympic deservedly wrestle all three points from Barton Rovers at Dales Lane.

Hero of the hour was assistant manager Chris Brindley who came off the bench to head home a last gasp clincher deep into injury time after Chad Sheppard had levelled matters from the penalty spot with just three minutes remaining.

However, it was nothing less than an extremely hard working Rushall side had deserved, eventually forcing the Bedfordshire outfit into submission - despite their man of the match custodian Nigel Blower having previously singled handedly kept them in the lead.

Yet another spell of unseasonably inclement weather had greeted the two teams for the big kick-off.
