The Scholars boss reaches the milestone on the opening day of the Southern One Midlands season and knows his team can make his day.
"The best birthday present I could have would be three points," said Blakemore.
"This season seems to have come around really quickly but we are all ready for it."
Blakemore will be without the unavailable Karl Edwards for tomorrow's game, while summer signing Kyle Perry faces a late fitness test on a foot injury.
Berkhamsted were one of last season's strugglers, but Blakemore insists Chasetown won't be taking them lightly.
"A lot of the clubs who struggled last season have put money in over the summer so we can't take anything for granted," he added.
"In any case, we lost there last year so we don't want that to happen again.
"We've got another good game on Tuesday night against Rushall who seem to have the sign over us. We need to be focused on both games."
