Harriers tumble to defeat
A late rally failed to save Kidderminster from tumbling to an opening day defeat for the second season on the trot.
After falling 2-0 behind, they pulled a goal back through Mark Creighton but determined Aldershot hung on for a hard earned victory.
Harriers' boss Mark Yates, who was forced to watch the game from the stand because of a four-match FA touchline ban following an incident in last season's home clash against Exeter City, is now hoping his troops can bounce back when they visit Stafford Rangers tomorrow night.
Kidderminster, however, have only themselves to blame for Saturday's defeat.
They missed a golden opportunity to take the lead early on and then switched off during the opening stages of the second half when they conceded two sloppy goals.
