The Parrys International Wolves reckon to have sold more tickets than any other club for tonight's British Grand Prix round of the world championship.
The appearance of Howe, who took the wild card slot with his runners-up place in the British championship at Monmore, has boosted interest among Wolves fans.
And the 25-year-old insists that the Cardiff appearance is more important to him than winning the British title.
Howe finished runner-up in the grand final at Monmore to Coventry's Chris Harris, a Grand Prix regular along with teammate Scott Nicholls, who was third.
"Chris apologised for an elbow in the first turn," said Howe. "But I didn't care.
"I would have swapped winning the meeting to ride at Cardiff, it's unreal!"
Howe's Wolves clubmate Freddie Lindgren, who finished a stunning third as the wild card in the Swedish Grand Prix this season, has been handed a similar slot for the Scandinavian round at Malilla on August 11.
"It's part of my plans to be in Grand Prix on a full-time basis, said Lindgren.
