The team is within touching distance of a fourth Trophy final appearance after winning the first leg of its semi-final on Saturday.
But the FA is still refusing to confirm if the new Wembley will host the May 12 game, despite receiving the keys to the stadium from contractors on Friday.
Harriers chairman Barry Norgrove said: "We spoke to the FA officials at the game on Saturday and they refused to commit themselves, but we are still hoping it's going to be at Wembley.
"We've got two months to go until the trophy final so we don't see any reason why it can't be held at Wembley."
An FA spokesman today could not confirm venues for any of the FA's showpiece games – the Trophy, the FA Vase or the FA Cup.
Two 'ramp-up' events have been announced, with a community day this weekend followed by an England under-21s game.
He said: "We've got two ramp-up events planned, after which we hope to have a safety certificate granted. Until then we won't be able to confirm any more events."
Kidderminster must beat Northwich in its two-legged semi-final to win a place in the final.
Meanwhile, Albion defender Curtis Davies could become one of the first players to tread the turf at the new stadium after the FA confirmed the under-21s will face Italy there on March 24.
The Baggies skipper is likely to retain his place in the squad.
