Ben Davies followed up in the second half, giving town a 2-0 advantage in the 76th minute. With three minutes to go, Grant Holt pressed the home advantage, adding another goal to town's total. Town repoerter James Garrison is banned from reporting from the Prostar Stadium and speaking to staff to provide a report of the game. However, Shrewsbury Town fans have submitted their own reports on the following pages. See also: Star man banned from Prostar By Chris Moorcroft Luton Town has hardly been the most popular of clubs in the past. Banning away fans and using a plastic pitch back in the 80s was condemned by many supporters across the country. However you would have to be the most biased Watford supporter to not show any sympathy for their current plight. Thirty points deducted at the start of the season gave a mountain to climb before a ball had even been kicked and if their current form continues they will struggle to wipe out the deficit before Christmas. In fact during one Luton poor goal attempt a shout of 'That's why you're bottom' was met by 'No it's not' by a fellow supporter – which summed it up perfectly. Town however went into the game with an impressive home record despite dropping two points against Barnet. The lesson in that game was that if they could get the first goal that they could win the game, which they had only failed to do against Chester. The goal therefore arrived and was scored by Paul Murray who had been out for much of the season so far. Town managed to deal with many of Luton's attempts throughout the game and in the second half were able to secure the points through strikes from Ben Davies and Grant Holt which piled more misery on the Hatters.
