This is the first glimpse inside Wolverhampton's latest multi-million pound student development. And you can forget the stereotype of grotty student accommodation. The former Chambers 51 building, in Lichfield Street, has been transformed into a luxurious 157-bed complex for the city's university students.

Tom Reynolds, a 21-year-old student in sound and multi-media technology, from Penn, added: "It's pretty smart. It's not too noisy too, which you might expect it to be being on a busy road."nextpage
The complex was officially opened by Mayor of Wolverhampton Surjan Singh Duhra, who described it as "world class".
