Now the owner of the popular tea shop at Baggeridge Country Park near Sedgley has released these CCTV images in a bid to catch the yobs responsible for the "sickening" attack.

A gang of around 11 louts, thought to include one girl, went on the rampage outside the tea rooms, overturning four benches, damaging cameras and tearing hanging baskets from their brackets.

Today it emerged the aerial ropes adventure at the park was also targeted by arsonists at the weekend.

Tea shop boss David Daly, aged 37, from Swindon, who has been running the venture for 10 years with wife Julie, said today he was determined to see those behind the latest rampage caught. The shop has only recently had a refit with new tables, a new floor and redecoration. Staff discovered the latest attack on Saturday morning. It is the second time yobs have targeted the tea shop area within a year.

Mrs Daly, aged 39, said today: "It is so disheartening. You put everything into it and they come along and destroy it. It is just mindless – really sickening."

She revealed vandals had also targeted the nearby aerial adventure on Sunday night, setting fire to the posts and crates used by thrill-seekers to climb up to access the ropes. Councillor Robert Marshall, deputy leader for community services at South Staffordshire Council, said: "Baggeridge is a wonderful park with activities for the whole family, so we're disappointed to see the reckless damage caused by a few selfish individuals.

"Everything is now back up and running and we're looking forward to a busy bank holiday at the park.

"We would urge anyone who has information about the incident to contact the police".

Staffordshire Police spokeswoman Carol Evans said: "Police are working closely with the owners in a bid to reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour in this area."
