Out of the 14 exercises each day complete a minimum of 100 reps.

There are 14 exercises, four for the upper-body, four for the torso, four aimed at the lower-body, and two compound exercises.

You can choose to do 10 reps from 10 exercises, or one exercise for 100 reps or anything in between.
