Rich footballers could help more

Yet again we see the transfer of a so-called superstar footballer with a wage of some £300,000 or more per week, which to put it mildly is totally obscene, whilst in the normal world we continually see TV ads aimed at senior citizens to donate some of their small pensions to charities to help the poorer people of the world or animal neglect.

Have I totally lost the plot by thinking these vastly overpaid players and managers of the super rich clubs could instead finance these charities and stop these adverts which are designed to make senior citizens feel guilty if they do not donate?
