Let them use spit guards
I see the righteous brigade are out again, Liberty and all the other human rights and do-gooders, up in arms about the use of spit guards being issued to our police force.

I have in my time been smacked, punched and nutted, but the worst assault ever on my face is to be spat on.
The vile thought of people I see walking down the street spitting makes me want to ‘wretch’.
So to Liberty and all the people up in arms about human rights – let someone spit in your face with all the vile germs it carries – let’s see if you turn the other cheek.
