A fried chicken festival is coming to London and it's going to make your stomach rumble
Visitors will vote for their favourite dish at the Bucket List Wall of Fame.
Listen up fried chicken-lovers – the festival of your dreams will be coming to London and revolves solely around gourmet fried chicken dishes.
The Bucket List is gathering the best in the bird business under one roof, offering visitors the chance to try the tastiest fried chicken on offer.
Those lucky enough to get a ticket will be given a bucket and sent off on a culinary adventure, collecting a portion from each vendor and a complimentary drink.
Extra sides – including cheese fries, hot waffles, pickled coleslaw – can also be bought as an accompaniment.
After tasting all eight dishes on offer, visitors will then vote on their favourite at the Bucket List Wall of Fame.
Here’s what you can expect to dig into…
They’ll be serving tea-brined, twice buttermilk soaked Cajun chicken strips with hot sauce.
They’ll be serving cocoa chilli and maple fillets with coriander mayo.
They’ll be serving ginger beer-battered jerk or mango nuggets with jerk gravy.
They’ll be serving Szechuan miso tenders with fermented green chilli hot sauce.
They’ll be serving double coated and double fried Asian tenders with modern flavours from the Far East .
They’ll be serving ‘KDFC’ in chipotle salt and crushed Chilli Heatwave tortilla chips.
They’ll be serving Korean spicy wings.
They’ll be serving masa fried pieces with guava glaze and habanero mayo.
