The Great Big Thank You Awards were taking place at Molineux tonight.
Unsung heroes have been recognised as the Express & Star hosted The Great Big Thank You Awards at a glittering ceremony in Wolverhampton.
The award finalists gathered for the event at Molineux’s WV1 Suite with a host of special guests and dignitaries.
All were nominated for extra recognition by our readers and we revealed who won each of the eight categories on the night.
Eight awards were up for grabs in total: Ambassador of the Year, Young Star of the Year, Community Champions, Fresh Start Award, Fundraiser of the Year, Learner Award, Teacher of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.
From incredible community champions to dedicated teachers, and fundraisers to young stars, a wealth of deserving people were nominated for these special awards.
