Major lorry fire closes motorway link road between M5 and M42
A motorway link road was closed last night due to a lorry fire.
Images released by National Highways: West Midlands show crews working tirelessly at the scene in Worcestershire.
The link road on the M5 northbound to J4A on to the M42 was closed. The link remains closed this morning while emergency repairs take place.
It happened around 8.30pm with a spokesman saying it was a "complex recovery and clear up operation".
