Busy Wolverhampton city centre road to be closed for days due to emergency works
Emergency water works have forced the closure of a busy road leaving Wolverhampton city centre.
The work is being carried out by Severn Trent Water and has resulted in a temporary closure of Penn Road, outbound from the city between Vicarage Road and Buttons Farm Road junctions.
The closure is expected to remain in place until Tuesday.
The work started on Friday and is described as "utility repair and maintenance works".
