Wrong-way car crash closes M6 Toll - with VIDEO
A car travelling the wrong way on the M6 toll has been involved in a crash with two vehicles this evening - closing the motorway.
The incident happened on the southbound carriageway between junctions JT7 and T6 for Great Wyrley and Burntwood.
Police confirmed the car was travelling the wrong way along the southbound carriageway before being involved in a crash.
All southbound traffic was stopped, although police and highways officers were eventually able to open one lane to get traffic moving.
All lanes were reopened by 7pm.
