Long delays on M6 near Cannock after crash
A crash involving one vehicle on the M6 near Junction 12 caused long delays for motorists today.
The crash happened on the southbound carriageway at Cannock and forced traffic to be diverted off the motorway onto the A5 with queues tailing back as far as Junction 13.
Police, paramedics and fire crews were all on the scene and Highways England described the collision as serious.
A man has been taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries, and has also been arrested by police.
