Tipton road to get one-way system for roadworks
A busy Tipton commuter road will be one-way for nearly two weeks.
Dudley Road will see the system in place on weekdays between November 10-23.
Diversions will be in place via Sedgley Road West, Sedgley Road, and Birmingham New Road. It comes as roadworks have affected the area since summer.
Work on the Birmingham New Road, at its junction with Shaw Road, Coseley, began on August 1 and is due to last until next spring, causing major delays.
Lane restrictions are currently in place during off-peak hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Earlier this year Sedgley Road West was closed for three Sundays while resurfacing work took place.
Motorists were also hit by work to replace water pipes in Coseley, leading to further delays through the summer.
