Crash closes part of A5 at rush hour
A busy road had to be closed today after a crash between a lorry and a van, bringing rush-hour traffic to a standstill.

Police were called out to A5 Watling Street at the junction of Norton Lane near Brownhills at around 9am.
The smash involved a white Mercedes Sprinter van and a grey Renault Master lorry.
The driver of the van was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police closed part of the A5 while the two vehicles were cleared.
