Zombie outfit comes to Super Mario Odyssey just in time for Halloween
The new outfit will be available in the Switch game’s shop.
Super Mario Odyssey is adding a new custom Mario outfit just in time for Halloween – Zombie Mario attire and headwear for use in-game.
Once players have completed the main story mode, the new outfit will appear alongside the growing list of costume choices available in the in-game shop.
The new outfit combines a pale green, white-eyed Mario with an axe in his head and torn clothes to create the eye-catching zombie look that will be usable in the Nintendo Switch game.
The same update has also seen new filters added to the in-game camera mode, enabling players to take pictures with new kaleidoscope, manga and tile filters.
New outfits in Super Mario Odyssey have caused a fuss before – a beach outfit that placed a shirtless Mario into a pair of swimming shorts was briefly the talk of the internet as it showed the famous character’s nipples for the first time.
