Mander Centre to shut on day of Queen's funeral
Wolverhampton's Mander Centre has announced that its stores and car park will be closed on Monday, September 19 for the Queen's funeral.
Boots will be the only store that will remain open but it will have to be accessed via Dudley Street. It will be open from 8am-11am, close for two hours and then reopen from 1pm-6pm.
The shopping centre will be closed as the country comes to a standstill to mark Her Majesty's funeral, with the day being made a bank holiday.
The Mander Centre is one of many shopping centres across the region that will be closed, while others will remain open and individual retailers will be closing.
