It’s the third lot of plans submitted to bring Millennium House, located at the junction of Lower Hall Lane and Upper Hall Lane, back into use.

The latest proposals submitted by Jacob Fekete would have seen the three-storey building developed into three two-bedroom apartments, 12 one-bedroom apartments and five studio apartments. There would have been 19 parking spaces, with 10 electric charge points and an internal bicycle store.
