Approval for residential scheme in former Wolverhampton offices

A Wolverhampton office block is set to become residential apartments after city planners gave the scheme the thumbs up this week.

Planning officers at City of Wolverhampton Council decided the scheme for 11 apartments in the former Press Computer Systems offices on Castle Street could go ahead under permitted development rules.

Applicant BAAZ Property Holdings applied for permission to convert office space across the ground and first floor of the building into living space in October.
