Plans lodged to build 12 flats on vacant land in Brierley Hill
A planning application has been submitted to build 12 new flats in a three-storey building.
Dudley Council has received the plans which have been earmarked for vacant land on Moor Street, Brierley Hill.
Planning bosses will decide whether to approve the plans at an upcoming council meeting.
