150 homes plan sparks concerns
A total of 150 new homes are to be built on the outskirts of Lichfield, under new plans.

The proposed development will be created off Limburg Avenue next to a Waitrose supermarket.
But residents on nearby Darwin Park Estate say it is not needed and will make their homes feel 'hemmed in'.
Developer David Wilson Homes, who would create open spaces and provide some affordable housing within the plan, says it is looking at feedback before submitting an application to Lichfield District Council.
