300 Walsall homes plan backed by council
More than 300 new homes will be built in Walsall after plans were backed by councillors.

It shows 'encouraging signs' for the housing market, authority bosses have said.
New schemes include Walsall Housing Group's multi-million pound plans to transform the former Harrowby Road estate in Moxley with 231 homes.
The proposals were given the nod at a Walsall Council meeting last night. The long-standing eyesore site in Moxley has become a regular target for fly-tippers.
Walsall Council was also forced to seek a court order when an illegal encampment of six caravans and 10 vehicles settled in Harrowby Road last autumn.
