Plans for 41 homes on the Lucy Baldwin Hospital site off Olive Grove, Stourport, were turned down in November.

Councillors have been concerned about increased traffic and the size of the flats. But developer Taylor Wimpey has submitted new proposals for the scheme. If approved there would be a total of 41 new homes.

The main hospital block would be demolished to make way for 38 properties.

While the old Lodge building would be converted in to one and two bedroom flats.

The developer said it had discussed the development with Wyre Forest District Council and plans for the Lodge building had been redesigned.
