Work starts on building new Rugeley homes

Work has started on a new development of 157 new homes on the outskirts of Rugeley.

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is planning a launch evening next month for the apartments and houses at the Levett Grange estate.

There will be a mix of two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses on the development which is close to Cannock Chase at Wolseley Road.

Full details and exact prices of the new properties are being kept under wraps until the VIP launch evening which is planned for November 5, but homes will be in the range of £125,000 to £250,000.

At the launch, buyers who have already registered an interest in the development will be given the first opportunities to reserve their choice of brand new home at Levett Grange.
