Mr Street narrowly missed out on an outright win in the mayoral poll but went on to win in a run-off with his Labour rival under the supplementary voting system.
Meanwhile in a reverse of the mayoral situation, Labour candidate Simon Foster saw off his Tory rival Jagjeet Singh Sohal to replace fellow Labour PCC David Jamieson who stood down ahead of the election.

It comes after the Tories enjoyed success across the Black Country on Friday, winning control of Dudley and Walsall councils, and also dominated the unitary and borough elections in Staffordshire.
