The exit poll results are in - but will they prove correct and hand us a hung Parliament?

With such a tight result predicted, each seat will be crucial to deciding which party holds power and is able to form the next Government.

Results will start filtering in from across the country at around 11pm, however seats in the Black Country and Staffordshire aren't likely to start announcing until the early hours.

Stafford and Stone are expected to kick us off at around 3am and after that results will be flying in thick and fast from Sandwell, Dudley and Staffordshire.

The outcome from the three Wolverhampton constituencies is anticipated to be revealed at around 4.30am, with Stourbridge and Wyre Forest set to declare at 5am.

Nationally, some results won't be known until mid-morning or early afternoon on Friday. The three Northumberland seats of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Blyth Valley and Wansbeck are likely to be the last to be declared at midday at which point we should know the final make-up of the House of Commons.
