George Michael’s Range Rover HSE up at auction with no reserve
The car in question has been stored in a compound for many years, and the money raised for the car will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

A Range Rover HSE once owned by the late singer George Michael is currently up at auction with no reserve.
The car in question is a 1997 Range Rover 4.6-litre HSE finished off in a dark grey exterior with a black leather interior and will be sold via Bonhams Cars next month.
The car’s condition is completely original with no modifications, and the chassis shows no signs of corrosion or accident damage.

Its exterior suffers from various scrapes, chips and paint fade, as well as rather old tyres that will need replacing – while its alloy wheels could do with refurbishment, too.
The car has covered 83,000 miles from new with the interior holding up rather well for its age – with only the driver’s seat bolster suffering from wear.
However, numerous warning lights are showing on the dashboard while the headliner is sagging. The whole car lacks any service history whatsoever, too.

A private registration plate is included which spells ‘YOG’ – the nickname given to George Michael.
The money raised for the vehicle will be donated by the late singer’s family to the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.
The Range Rover is estimated to fetch between £10,000 to £15,000. However, current bidding is already at £15,250 with the auction set to end on March 3.
