Classic VW Beetle with just TWO miles on clock set to go under the hammer
A classic Volkswagen Beetle dating back to the 1970s and with just TWO miles on the clock, is set to go under the hammer.
The classic motor was recently unearthed following the death of its one and only owner who had stashed in their garage at home and covered it in sheets rather than driving it.
The owner is said to have worked at a VW dealership, and purchased three vehicles, including this one in the Brazil Brown colour.
Keeping this vehicle, the owner was said to have sold another and gave the third to his daughter.
The 1979-built Beetle was originally supplied by JEM Volkswagen of Walsall as one of the last UK-spec Karman Cabriolets built with the steering wheel on the right.
