Nadine Foster: Two in court over road death of teenager mother

Two men have appeared in court charged over the death of a teenage mother who died after the car she was in hit a wall.

Nadine Foster, aged 18, from Stourbridge, was travelling in a Ford Focus when it crashed on April 16 at around 2.20am.

She was taken to hospital but died a few days after the crash, on Hagley Road, Oldswinford.

Dylan Stringer, 23, of Wychbury Road, Stourbridge, and Joseph Chance, 24, of Murcroft Road, Stourbridge, are charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving a vehicle unlicensed and uninsured.

They appeared before magistrates in Walsall yesterday (WED) for a brief hearing and spoke only to confirm their name, age and address.

The pair will next appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on January 4 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

Both men were granted bail on the condition they have no contact with each other.
