Full Monty show is a sight for sore eyes in Darlaston
Six men gave an audience of women a show to remember when they stripped off at a charity night.
Mick Fox, Neil Proffit, Craig Spencer, Sean Mayo, Tim Cook and Anthony McDonagh bared all at The Full Monty event in Darlaston.
The event was thought up by the six, who have daughters all attending the Classic Academy of Dance in Willenhall.
It raised money for Birmingham's Children's Hospital and Cancer Research.
Mr Fox and Mr Proffit came up with the idea of doing something for charity, posing the question to the other four five months ago.
The night of entertainment took place on November 14 at Darlaston All Active on Willenhall Road, which included a Gary Barlow tribute act, two stand-up comedians, a drag act and the Full Monty, along with a disco and a raffle.
The men have rehearsed once a week for the last three months for their five minute performance, which provide the finishing climax to the film.
Mr Fox, aged 29 from Wednesfield said: "It was an absolutely epic night, that's the only way I can describe it.
"We've had nothing but support from everyone in the build up to the night and it couldn't have gone any better.
"We chose the Full Monty because it's not something you hear about people doing everyday, so we thought, why not.
"I have to say I was a bit nervous leading up to the show, seeing all those women queuing to get in, but once we got going everyone was loving it, it was a fantastic night.
"We've raised well over £3,000 and the donations keep coming in, so it's all been very worth it.
"Everyone's been affected by cancer and the Children's Hospital is a great cause, obviously we all have kids so wanted to support the cause.
"We're looking to try and do something at least once a year now, so watch this space."
