Remembrance Day 2015: Wolverhampton roads to close for parades
A series of road closures will be in place across Wolverhampton this weekend for Remembrance Sunday parades.
In the city centre on Sunday, Wulfruna Street will be closed from 8.30am until approximately 11am. Drivers were today warned there will be disruption for anyone approaching the parade route between 10.30am and 10.50am.
A rolling road closure will also be in place from 10am to 12.45pm on Laburnum Road, Dovedale Road, Ward Grove, Dovedale Road, Delhurst Avenue and Farrington Road in Lanesfield.
And in Bilston, a closure will be in place from 10.20am to 11.35am. The parade will pass through Hill Street, King Street, Walter Road and Wilkinson Avenue with an 11am service at Coronation Park. It will return via Bank Street, King Street and Slater Street to St Martin's Church.
