The cluster of items - known as a fatberg - was removed by a team from Severn Trent Water.
They visited the town and cleared six blockages from the town centre, according to customer and community lead Grant Mitchell.
He said: "We know there are areas in our region where the number of sewer blockages is too high and Bewdley is one of those places, particularly the town centre.
"We decided that enough was enough and decided to go out and tackle the whole area in one go, so various teams descended on the area."
