Fire service fighting several grass and bbq fires
Firefighters have been tackling grass fires and blazes caused by discarded barbecues across the region.
Hereford and Worcester Fire Service were forced to extinguish a fire, in North Hill, Malvern, involving a barbecues- left unattended and two metres of surrounding undergrowth.
Near Worcester Road, Kidderminster, on Sunday afternoon the fire service had to extinguish a fire involving fencing, cut timber, rubbish and undergrowth. The fire had also spread to local woodland
Another fire was started near Windmill Drive, Redditch, where the fire service extinguished a barbecue fire.
