Dash-cam footage appeal after man dies in Bewdley collision

A man in his 60s has died following a collision in Wyre Forest.

Emergency services were called to Kidderminster Road, in Bewdley, near to the West Midland Safari Park, at around 1.10pm on Monday.

The collision involved a white Peugeot Boxer van that was towing a white Vauxhall combo van and a brown Vauxhall Insignia.

A man in his 60s was taken to hospital, but later died. His family are being supported by specially trained officers.

West Mercia Police officers are now appealing for witnesses and anyone who has dash-cam footage of the collision.

A spokesman for the force said: "We are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage following a fatal collision in Bewdley on Monday. At around 1.08pm on January 18, three vehicles were involved in a collision outside West Midland Safari Park on the Kidderminster Road, Bewdley. The collision involved a white Peugeot Boxer van that was towing a white Vauxhall combo van and a brown Vauxhall Insignia.

"A man in his 60s received medical treatment at the scene, he was conveyed to hospital by ambulance where he was later unfortunately pronounced deceased. His family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
