Popping into your local tea shop for a cuppa and a cake, you wouldn't expect to be seated next to a table of Wolves players.

Some of the team visited Gluttons in Tettenhall

But customers at Gluttons in Tettenhall had quite the surprise when they bumped into members of the team on New Year's Eve.

Dressed in their training kit and enjoying a selection of hot drinks and baked goods were midfielders João Moutinho and Ruben Neves, defender Max Kilman, captain Conor Coady, and goalkeeper John Ruddy.

One diner, Steph Pugh, described them as "lovely lads" and said it was "the icing on the cake" seeing the footballers after celebrating her dad's birthday at the tearooms.
