Steve Bull shaves young Wolves fan's hair for charity
A Wolves fan had his head shaved by Steve Bull for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Ryan Peters decided to raise funds for the cancer charity after his grandfather Graham Hughes was diagnosed with stomach cancer.
The 13-year-old from Penn has so far raised more than £1,600 and is now thinking of other ways he can raise funds for charity in the future.
Ryan's mother, Claire Peters, said she was not sure Ryan was being serious at first when he suggested shaving his hair, but she agreed after he was insistent.
She said: "My dad has recently been diagnosed with stomach cancer completely out of the blue.
"Ryan had spoken to me not long after the diagnosis and said he wanted to do it.
"I said we'll talk about it, thinking he doesn't really mean it and then he said can we please talk about it I really want to do it.
"So I spoke to his school and they were really supportive and got him to speak in the school assembly.
"He was quite proud of his hair and was doing his hair gel in the mornings before school.
"I'm extremely proud of him, at 13 it's quite a bit deal.
"Steve Bull shaved his hair at Raymond's Barbershop, Ryan is a season ticket holder and a huge Wolves fan."
Ryan added: "I'm happy with how much I raised and happy to support the charity because they deserve it.
